1BR Howley Grange Park trip and parental phonics meeting Tuesday 20th October
As previously notified, children should come to school in their school uniform but please ensure they have footwear and coats appropriate to the weather conditions on the day with them too. If the weather is not suitable on that Tuesday, we will try again on the following day.
If you are planning to come with us, please arrive at the Howley Grange Road school gates at 10am and then make your way to the external doors of the school hall for 10.10am. We will meet you there for the Year One Phonics meeting which will then be followed by a short parental briefing about the trip.
Children will already have been assigned to a small group with a member of staff/volunteer and once the briefing is complete, you should join your child’s group. We aim to return to school, from the park, by approximately 12 o’clock where you will leave your child to continue their school day.
Please do not be concerned if you are unable to attend this trip as the children will be with their friends and we have adequate staff to ensure the trip takes place safely. Details of the phonics meeting will also be emailed out to yourselves.
The annual consent must have been completed on Arbor for your child to leave the school site on this trip.
