Applying for Your Child's Primary School Place 2019/20
All admissions to Howley Grange are managed by DMBC (Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council). You can contact the admissions department by phone (01384 814223) or by email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Here at Howley Grange Primary School our pupil admission numbers are 60 per year group.
If your child was born between 1st September 2014 & 31st August 2015 you need to apply to your local council for a primary school place. The schools admissions department will help guide you through the process of applying online or in paper format. The application will ask for your preferences for Primary schools of your choice, including those outside the borough in which you live. Please be advised that the nursery next to the school, Howley Grange Kindergarten, is a separate business and attendance at the nursery does not guarantee a school place.
Parents will be contacted by their local council to inform them of the name of the school at which their child has been allocated a place.
If you are refused any of your preferred preferences for schools for your child you can appeal. You will be asked if you wish to go on a waiting list for your preferred school. The decision letter will explain this process.
