Reception:

Mothers’ Day is very fast approaching and with this in mind, we would like to invite one adult (mother or other adult in their place) to celebrate with their child/children. Due to fire regulations, we are only able to accommodate one adult per child on this occasion. The Mothers’ and Others’ Day celebrations will take place on Thursday 12th March 2026 at 2:30pm. Please arrive at the main entrance, accessed via Howley Grange Road, at 2:25pm and we will welcome you into school via the hall doors. Please note the back gates, accessed via Frankley Avenue, will not be opened at this time. Also note, we will not be able to welcome you into the school hall any earlier as it will be in use for our Year 1 and 2 Mothers’ and Others’ Day celebration beforehand, so don’t arrive too early.

The children are very much looking forward to welcoming you into school to get crafty and celebrate with them.

As always, thank you for your continued support.

Year 1 & 2:

Mothers’ Day is very fast approaching and with this in mind, we would like to invite one adult (mother or other adult in their place) to celebrate with their child/children. Due to fire regulations, we are only able to accommodate one adult per child on this occasion. The Mothers’ and Others’ Day celebrations will take place on Thursday 12th March 2026 at 1:30pm. Please arrive at the main entrance, accessed via Howley Grange Road, at 1:25pm and we will welcome you into school via the hall doors. Please note the back gates, accessed via Frankley Avenue, will not be opened at this time. Also note, we will not be able to welcome you into the school hall any earlier as it will be in use for lunchtime beforehand, so don’t arrive too early.

Please can you leave school site promptly at the end of the celebration (approximately 2:15pm) as the hall is needed for another Mothers’ and Others’ Day Celebration immediately afterwards. Go for a walk or enjoy a cuppa if possible as the Year 1 and Year 2 children will not be dismissed until the usual time of 3:15pm. If you have a child in Reception also, please remain in the hall at the end of the Year 1 and 2 celebration, as the Reception one will start shortly afterwards.

The children are busy learning a couple of songs to sing and are very much looking forward to welcoming you into school for this occasion.

As always, thank you for your continued support.
