Howley Grange Parent Teachers Association is a fundraising team run by parents of children in the school, and some of the staff. We arrange events to raise funds for school, and also to have social opportunities. This helps to develop relationships between parents, school and the community. In recent years we have held summer fetes, winter fair, quizzes, raffles and much more. The money we raise helps to provide all those extras that enhance the children's time in school. Some examples of what that money has been spent on are, the school minibus, recent re-vamp to pond area, fruit trees, various equipment, supplementing trips and buying lots of varied items that help to benefit each child in school.

Meetings are held at school once a term, usually on a Wednesday or Thursday evening. Sometimes there are extra meetings if an event needs more preparation. We always welcome new members and even if you cannot attend every meeting, any help is appreciated. Maybe you could help at an event; you may have expertise in a particular area, or have new and fresh ideas. We strive to have fun, but the contribution we make to our children's school is why we volunteer our time and effort. We have a busy calendar of events so please try to get involved in our activities. We cannot run them without parents help and support.
